Installation and commissioning
We install and commission the machine at your site, set it running on your own parts and take your operator through the cycle, loading, unloading and routine care.
Process development
The machine is only half the answer. We match the media, the compound concentration, the cycle time and the speed to your part geometry, so the finish is repeatable rather than a matter of trial and error.
Free trial processing
Send us sample parts before you buy. We process them, courier them back, and you judge the finish on your own components.
Consumables and polishing pins
Polishing pins are not available in the local market. We supply them, along with compounds and abrasives, so your machine keeps running.
