Fully Automatic Magnetic Polishing

Removes manual handling from the cycle entirely. Parts are tipped into a bulk hopper and carried by conveyor into the barrel; feeding stops automatically once the set charge is reached and the cycle begins. On completion the barrel inverts and discharges through an integrated strainer, while the polishing liquid drains to a lower tank and is pumped back for the next cycle. The operator's only remaining task is to rinse and dry. Where a manually loaded machine needs an operator to lift and empty the barrel forty or more times a shift, the automatic series removes that work — one operator sustains full-shift output of 800 kg on the Z880Z+ and 1,800 kg on the Z880Z+2.
