Fastener Manufacturers
Bolts, nuts, screws and turned fasteners carry burrs on threads and heads that hand polishing rounds off or misses. Magnetic polishing drives fine pins through the threads and recesses, deburring and brightening without touching dimensions — so threads still gauge. On production volumes one operator runs around 700 kg a shift.

Turned & CNC Components
CNC and turned parts come off the machine with tool marks, cross-drilled burrs and sharp edges. Because the pins follow the magnetic field rather than a fixed path, they reach internal features, cross-holes and blind angles and lift tool marks to an even finish — within tolerance, no deformation.

Brass & Copper Parts
Castings, valves, handles and drawn bottles in brass and copper need brightening and deburring without losing weight or detail. Magnetic polishing brightens and deburrs non-ferrous parts, reaching cavities and threads, with no dimensional loss.

Sheet-Metal Fabrication
Laser-cut and stamped sheet parts carry slag, dross and sharp edges. Our deburring machines remove burrs and chamfer both outer surfaces and hole edges in a single pass, on all sheet metals including mild steel. Drawing machines add No. 3, No. 4, hairline and SB brushed finishes.

Kitchenware, Hardware & Sanitaryware
Tumblers, taps, fittings and hardware need a consistent bright or mirror finish across every batch. Magnetic polishing delivers a uniform finish on stainless and brass parts, inside and out, without hand buffing.

Jewellery & Giftware
Small precision and decorative items need a delicate, repeatable finish with no minimum batch. The entry-level Single Bucket machines polish small batches on a normal single-phase supply — same-day, in-house, with nothing lost in transit.
