Translational & Magnetic Levitation

The production workhorse. A dual-station design with independent control at each station lets one operator keep both running, while a variable magnetic field aligns the steel pins vertically with a jumping motion that separates them cleanly from small parts — no needle tangling and no manual sieving. It suits high-volume polishing of small hardware, precision stamped parts and fasteners. Typical output on the P980Y is around 700 kg over an eight-hour shift with a single operator — the model most of our quotations are built around. On production volumes the running cost works out to roughly ₹6–7 per kilogram of material, against about ₹14 per kilogram by hand — these are our own plant figures.

The Magnetic Levitation variant refines the same platform for high-value or delicate parts. A modified magnetic field reduces part-to-part collisions during polishing, preventing the cosmetic surface defects that impact can cause. A left-right reciprocating motion of three to five units covers the full grinding surface with no blind spots — suited to elongated, tubular and block-shaped components such as CNC-machined parts, casings and brackets.
