Single Bucket Magnetic Polishing

Entry-level magnetic polishing for small precision parts. A rotating magnetic field drives fine stainless-steel pins through and around the workpieces, polishing, cleaning and deburring in a single cycle. Because the pins follow the field rather than a fixed path, they reach through-holes, blind angles, narrow slots and internal features — finishing them uniformly without altering dimensions. The P950 and P960 run on a normal single-phase 220 V supply and occupy under half a square metre, so a small workshop can install one without an electrical upgrade or dedicated floor space. It is best chosen to bring outsourced polishing in-house: same-day turnaround, no minimum batch, and parts that never leave your factory.
