An authorised distributor that runs what it sells
Riesen Engineering is an authorised distributor of industrial magnetic polishing and deburring machines for India and the GCC, based in Faridabad, Haryana. We are not a machine builder and not a trading desk. We run these machines on our own factory floor, and we sell what we use.

Real figures from our own floor
We run these machines in our own plant. Before we sold them, we polished parts by hand — three operators finishing 300 to 400 kilograms a day, at a quality that was never consistent. The same work now runs on one production machine at around 700 kilograms a day with a single operator.
That is not a figure from a brochure; it is our own floor. It is also why we can tell you honestly where these machines earn their money and where they do not — roughly ₹6–7 per kilogram on production volumes against about ₹14 by hand. Our figures, not a manufacturer's claim.
What Makes Us Different
Process knowledge, not just hardware
Process knowledge
The machine is only half the answer. The media, the compound concentration, the cycle time and the speed all have to be matched to your part geometry. Get the recipe wrong and parts come out scratched or under-finished. Matching that recipe to your parts is what we actually supply.

Because we ran manual polishing at scale, we can show the real before-and-after cost of switching — not a supplier's estimate.
Free trial processing
Send us your parts. We process them free and courier them back, so you judge the finish on your own components before you spend anything.
Stock at Faridabad
We hold machines in stock at Faridabad for demonstration and immediate delivery, while most imports run two to three months.
Consumables and pins
Polishing pins are not available in the local market. We supply them, along with compounds and abrasives, so your machine keeps running.
What We Supply
Machines, deburring equipment and consumables
Magnetic polishing machines for stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminium; deburring and drawing machines for all sheet metals, including mild steel; and the full range of consumables and abrasives. One automated polishing cycle deburrs, descales, removes oxide, polishes and brightens — reaching blind holes, internal threads, slots and recesses that belts and vibratory media cannot, without altering dimensions.
